Due to Covid-19, The Whole Shebang is operating rentals with the following protocols in place -

• Masks that cover the nose and mouth are required in the shared spaces of the stairwell, hallway, and
  bathroom. Masks are not required in the studio.

• Based on the available square footage, we recommend a capacity of:
  10-15 people for full-bodied movement classes
  20-25 people for practices that are more stationary

• Both Honeywell air filters must turned on upon arrival and re-set (if necessary)
  to run for an additional hour after the rental is over.

• All renters are required to thoroughly clean the space -sweep, mop, and disinfect surfaces- at
  the end of the rental as outlined in our protocols, or pay an additional $25 (for most rentals) to leave the cleaning to us.

• The hallway that leads to the studio is quite small. Please be conscientious of maintaining physical distancing as
  individuals take off their shoes, perhaps by waiting on the stairs.
  
  To request a reservation, send this form with the date, start and end time, and details about the kind of event you'd like to have. If you are a new renter, you will receive a video walkthrough and detailed instructions for our comprehensive studio cleaning Covid protocols. If you wish to leave the cleaning to us, please note that there will be a $25 fee for each rental period.

All rentals require a non-refundable 15% deposit to hold the space. All large or event rentals may require a $150 refundable damage deposit.
