General Medical Qigong for Healing and Health Maintenance
with Germaine Fraser
Mondays 6-7p, September 9th - October 14th 2019
$72 for 6 week course
any one, any level, any discipline

I’ve been spending the summer refreshing and integrating my medical qigong practice. It’s such a beautiful and whole mind-body-spirit practice, mixing one’s energy ‘elixirs’ with breath, imagination and movement, seated in ancient knowledge and wisdom. I am re-smitten to its power and healing potential.  It has reinvigorated my personal practice and reconfigured how I use it in my private practice and group classes.

This Fall, I offer two six week courses in Qigong with a varied concentration. Check out Healing Sounds as well.

Included in our practice we will do ocean breathing, pulse qigong, rooting and grounding exercises and guided imagery meditations utilizing translucent qigong pearls, inner smiles, microcosmic orbits and dragons (!). Very expansive and fun!

This six week course is $72.  Class size limited to 7 people.  Please register by September 1.
